As a Lead Scheduler at Baywood Home Care, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of home health care services. This position oversees the scheduling team across the Twin Cities and Southwest offices, serving as the scheduler in charge, and supporting key administrative functions. The Scheduling Manager will also assist with managing accounts receivable and payroll operations, acting as a back-up to the Finance Manager, processing invoices and payroll when needed. You will contribute to the overall efficiency and financial health of the organization.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call availability on some weekends required.
