You will lead architecture, bring-up, and optimization across scale-up switch networking, GPU firmware, kernel drivers and ROCm, collaborating with silicon, hardware, firmware, and customer teams to deliver top performance in rack-scale AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive scale-up software architecture for switch fabrics.
• Lead integration of switch software and firmware across silicon, kernel, and user-space layers.
• Architect and develop GPU firmware components (system management, power/thermal, security).
• Lead Linux kernel driver development for Instinct GPUs (amdgpu/KFD) and related memory management.
• Drive ROCm stack enablement and performance on scale-up systems with frameworks like PyTorch/JAX.
• Mentor engineers, set technical direction and engineering best practices across teams.
