Job summary

Associated Scaffolding is seeking a supervisor to lead an erection crew in the construction and dismantling of supported and suspended scaffolds on active sites in the United States. You will ensure safety, plan workflow, supervise tasks, and monitor hours and inventories while maintaining compliance with OSHA standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of scaffolding construction experience, a valid in-state driver’s license, and the ability to lift 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years scaffolding construction experience.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Legal right to work in the United States is required.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist erection crew with erection/dismantling of scaffolds.
• Ensure safe operations during erection and dismantling.
• Conduct safety planning and daily scaffold inspections; maintain tagging and hazard corrections per OSHA.
