Job summary

Associated Scaffolding is seeking a qualified supervisor to lead an erection crew in the construction and dismantling of supported and suspended scaffolds. The role focuses on safety, workflow planning, and adherence to OSHA standards on active job sites.

The candidate will conduct daily hazard analyses, oversee scaffold tagging, and mentor junior personnel while coordinating night and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in scaffolding construction.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs. without assistance.
• Must be able to climb and work at heights up to 30 ft.
• Must have Competent Person Training for scaffolds and fall protection.
• Must be available for night and weekend work and overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist erection crew with scaffolds.
• Ensure safe operations during erection and dismantling.
• Conduct safety planning and daily scaffold inspections; maintain tagging.
• Ensure fall protection compliance per OSHA standards.
• Plan workflow and assign tasks based on skill level.
• Document hours, inventory, and change orders.
