Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Scaffold Foreman to supervise field personnel in Freeport, TX. The role requires ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget, with emphasis on field take-offs, material requisitions, and pre-job planning.

A minimum of five years in a supervisory role is expected. You will coordinate direct field teams, manage safety programs, and act as the front line for QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and hazardous conditions awareness in a fast-paced project

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in related field and supervision.
• Capable of supervising from eight to fifteen workers.
• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and pre-job planning.
• Front line contact for safety, QA/QC, JSA and hazardous conditions awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct field personnel.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Act as front line contact for safety, QA/QC and JSA processes.
• Coordinate with field teams to optimize material logistics and planning.
