Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Scaffold Foreman for our McIntosh, AL site. You will lead scaffold construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding to support industrial projects.

On-site roles require strong safety discipline and hands-on leadership. Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in industrial scaffold building, pass screenings, and can work in a fast-paced environment with PPE.

Qualifications

• Journeyman scaffold builder with minimum 3-years experience.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine type of scaffold needed and erect temporary structures.
• Inspect job site and all scaffold material for defects and safety hazards.
• Communicate safety hazards and mitigate risks prior to construction.
• Dismantle scaffolding when instructed and properly stow materials.
• Work safely with PPE and maintain compliance with OSHA and site rules.
