Responsibilities

• Work at heights with no fear.
• Determine the type of scaffold needed and instruct on installation.
• Oversight of transport tubular scaffold and erection as instructed by scaffold builder.
• Hoist scaffolding materials upward to erect temporary structures.
• Secure and level locking sections of scaffolding material.
• Secure scaffold to the permanent structure for stability.
• Adhere to OSHA, site and Austin Industrial requirements for erecting and navigating scaffolding.
• Supervise dismantling of scaffolding when instructed.
• Inspect and properly stow scaffolding material after dismantling.
• Perform final inspection of completed scaffolding.
• Other duties as assigned.
