Job summary

Lam Research seeks a Lead Identity Engineer with deep Saviynt expertise for SAP provisioning and GRC integration. You will lead design, development, and operation of identity lifecycle automation, SoD workflows, and risk-based access controls, partnering with IAM, SAP Security/Basis, GRC, and Audit teams.

The role is highly technical and developer-oriented, requiring building connectors, provisioning logic, and integrations between Saviynt, SAP, and SAP GRC.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years with Master’s; or 8 years with PhD.
• 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management / Identity Governance.
• Strong hands-on Saviynt experience, including advanced configuration and custom development.
• Proven expertise in SAP provisioning and access governance (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, SuccessFactors).
• Ability to design and debug complex identity and GRC integrations across multiple platforms.
• Saviynt GRC for SAP and SAP GRC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Saviynt implementations and enhancements with strong SAP IAS and GRC integration.
• Set engineering standards for Saviynt configuration, custom development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Design, build, and maintain Saviynt functionality including JML, access workflows, provisioning rules, and recertifications.
• Lead automated SAP user and role provisioning using Saviynt and manage catalogs.
• Design programmatic Saviynt-SAP/GRC integrations and ensure real-time risk evaluation and access controls.
• Mentor IAM engineers and communicate with Security, SAP Security/Basis, GRC, Compliance and Audit teams.
