Job summary

Lam Research in the United States (Tualatin, OR) is seeking a Lead Identity Engineer with deep Saviynt IAM expertise for SAP provisioning and SAP GRC integration. You will design, build, and operate identity lifecycle automation, SoD controls, and risk‑based access workflows while guiding a hands‑on engineering team.

You’ll lead integrations between Saviynt, SAP ecosystems, SAP GRC, and HR systems, mentor engineers, and partner with Security, GRC, Audit, and SAP experts to deliver secure,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience; advanced degree optional.
• 7+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Deep Saviynt knowledge with advanced configuration and custom development.
• Proven SAP provisioning and access governance expertise (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, SuccessFactors).

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Saviynt implementations and enhancements with SAP IAS & GRC use cases.
• Build and maintain Saviynt functionality including JML, access workflows, and certifications.
• Lead the design and implementation of automated SAP provisioning and access governance.
• Develop integrations between Saviynt, SAP, SAP GRC, and HR systems; mentor IAM engineers.
