Little Mama's Italian Kitchen in Cornelius, NC is seeking a Lead Sauté Cook to join our culinary team and elevate our menu with authentic Italian flavors. This role requires execution of recipes, station leadership, and collaboration with the kitchen to ensure fast, high-quality service.

Perfect candidates will have at least two years of high-volume kitchen experience, knife skills, and a passion for presenting meticulous, delicious dishes in a busy environment. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Ability to run a sauté station
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable standing 8+ hours
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and following recipes to ensure quality.
• Manage your sauté station and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth flow.
• Monitor food quality and adjust as needed to meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
