Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Lead Test and Evaluation Engineer (LTEE) to lead verification and validation across BT&E and satellite programs. The role requires strong systems engineering thinking and the ability to guide test strategy from design reviews through launch.

As technical authority for test readiness reviews, you will coordinate with SE, GN&C, RF and propulsion teams, mentor peers, and support Government and Commercial programs. 1st shift with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required in engineering, engineering technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in verification and validation of complex systems.
• 3+ years of experience in test and evaluation engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plans and leads verification and validation across BT&E and Systems Engineering for satellite programs.
• Implements test strategy and supports test readiness reviews; coordinates with SE, GN&C, RF, propulsion teams.
• Mentors peers and leads cross‑functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end test programs.
