Job summary

Amazon Leo Government is seeking production technicians to assist in the build, integration, and test of Leo Government satellites in R&D and production phases. The role emphasizes assembling satellite components, building solar modules, maintaining lab equipment, and supporting test campaigns under senior technicians or engineers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, reliability, and security, with emphasis on 5S, ESD, and LOTO safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with 5S, FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements.
• Follow OSHA/EHS safety protocols including LOTO.
• Willingness to train and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical/electrical satellite components and integrate final vehicle assemblies.
• Build solar modules and solar arrays.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
• Support maintenance on test equipment and data acquisition systems.
• Route, terminate, and check wiring harnesses.
• Perform torque applications, staking, and bonding per drawings.
• Support antenna integration and RF connector mating.
