IBM Consulting in the US seeks a Managing SAP Development Architect to lead architecture design, development governance, and delivery of SAP customizations and integrations across projects. You will supervise SAP developers, consultants, and offshore teams, translating functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership, enterprise architecture strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration with stakeholders to drive successful SAP

Qualifikationen

Proven experience architecting SAP solutions and leading development teams.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5 and integration patterns.
Demonstrated leadership in Agile/Scrum delivery and governance.

Design SAP solution architectures and govern development standards.
Lead SAP developers, consultants, and offshore teams; mentor juniors.
Oversee end-to-end delivery: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.
