Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Dallas, Texas seeks a Security Senior Manager to lead SCI/SAP security across Grand Prairie Special Access Programs. You will drive strategy, ensure compliance, and oversee security staff across multiple programs.

The role requires experience with DoD security regulations, building strong teams, and delivering results in complex environments. This position is based on-site with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with investigation completed within the last 5 years.
• In-depth knowledge of NISPOM and DoD security regulations (DoD 5205.07, 5200.01, ICD705, DD254).
• Experience leading SCI/SAP security programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple security programs and staff with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of SCI and SAP security.
• Lead security performance assessments, inspections, and self-inspections.
• Coordinate personnel security, recruitment, training, and mentorship.
• Partner with program leadership, finance, facilities, IT, and stakeholders for compliance.
• Manage multiple functional security areas including facilities protection and security engineering.
