Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead SAP SCM Consultant for a remote role in the United States. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of SAP experience across S/4HANA, PP, MM, WM, QM, SD, and APO, and will support global supply chain, manufacturing, planning, warehouse, and logistics initiatives.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, coordination with global teams, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP Supply Chain experience required.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA and ECC knowledge.
• Hands-on with PP/MM/WM/QM and SD integration.
• SAP APO DP/SNP experience.
• Strong manufacturing and supply chain process knowledge.
• Experience with MRP, procurement, inventory, warehouse, shop floor.
• Experience with SAP interfaces, EDI, MES, 3PL integrations.
• Excellent requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Supply Chain functional activities for implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
• Gather requirements, perform process analysis, and develop functional solutions and specifications.
• Configure and support SAP PP, MM, WM, QM, SD, and APO.
• Support S/4HANA transformation and ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations.
• Work on production planning, MRP, demand/capacity planning, shop-floor control, procurement, inventory, warehouse, quality.
• Support WM, RF, picking, put-away, transfer orders, handling units, and warehouse automation.
• Develop functional specs for reports, interfaces, enhancements, APIs, integrations.
• Support SAP integration with MES, LIMS, 3PL, EDI, and other systems.
• Support APO DP/SNP, CIF, forecasting, planning books, planning areas, and supply planning.
• Participate in testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, training, and post-production support.
• Coordinate with global/onshore/offshore teams and provide mentoring.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience.

• Experience with MRP, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Shop Floor Control.

• Strong requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation experience.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred: Global SAP implementation/rollout experience, manufacturing industry experience, SAP certification, and experience leading SAP teams.
