Job summary

Century Aluminum is seeking a seasoned SAP Plant Maintenance specialist in Nashville to ensure the ERP system meets business requirements and aligns with organizational goals. You will be the first line of support for SAP PM issues and work closely with maintenance users to optimize processes for efficiency and stability.

The role requires 5-7+ years of SAP PM experience, S/4 HANA knowledge, and strong communication skills; exposure to Fiori and Prometheus PM solutions is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 5-7+ years of technical experience in SAP PM/ERP environments.
• Manufacturing domain knowledge with PM processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the ERP environment consisting of SAP S4 HANA, Fiori and various other applications
• Must have experience with Prometheus Scheduler, Mobile and PMM
• Experience in a Build Work Zone/Fiori environment preferred.
• Define systems strategy, develop systems requirements, design and prototype testing, training, define support procedures, and implement workable business solutions
• Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility with deep knowledge of Plant Maintenance processes
• Translate user requests into application system solutions; analyze requirements to define configuration, enhancements, and modifications
• Collaborate with business and functional teams regarding viability of requirements and impact on global template
• Ensure high quality SAP applications services to the user base
• Investigate and resolve incidents and problems; document in reporting systems; coordinate remedies
• Serve as intermediary between functional owners and SAP technical support for development, implementation and support of SAP functionality
• Discuss and agree functional/technical demands with SAP team; manage relationships to provide incident resolution and development services
• Assist with creation of functional and technical specifications
• Handle customer complaints or issues; provide user training where applicable
