Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. seeks an experienced SAP S/4 Technical Architecture Lead to shape technical architecture and delivery strategy across SAP S/4HANA engagements.

You will guide development, integration, and standards while coordinating with functional teams and distributed delivery units. You will lead end‑to‑end technical delivery, influence design and estimates, and ensure quality across the lifecycle, with a national scope and preference for candidates in Ohio,

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of SAP technical experience with S/4HANA architecture and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP, Java, SOA, and SAP integration technologies.
• Experience with ABAP OO, CDS Views, OData, SAPUI5/Fiori, and BTP.
• Familiarity with SAP installation concepts, BASIS administration, and SAP activation.
• Ability to lead onsite and offshore SAP development teams with client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across SAP S/4HANA implementation engagements.
• Define technical architecture, guide development and integration strategies, and set technical standards.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams through the software lifecycle.
• Review designs, estimates, staffing, code quality, testing, deployment, and delivery.
• Travel as required; manage onsite/offshore delivery teams and client stakeholders.
