Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Lead SAP Finance Business Analyst to bridge business needs with IS, drive SAP FICO configuration, testing, and implementation, and lead cross-functional teams across finance processes.

Qualifications

• Lead Business Systems Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field and 8+years of demonstrated experience in configuration of the Finance SAP functional modules and the related business processes or equivalent years of experience
• Business Systems Analyst III: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field and 6+ years of demonstrated experience in configuration of the Finance SAP functional modules and the related business processes or equivalent years of experience
• Experience with SAP version ERP ECC 6.0 or above
• Strong configuration experience in FICO sub modules General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Special purpose Ledger, Product costing, Profitability analysis, FSCM, Credit and Revenue Recognition, Vendor Invoice Management

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements definition, testing, training, implementation, and support
• Identify and analyze problems, determine causes, evaluate alternative solutions, and make recommendations for action
• Identify customer requirements, develop test schedules, design and review testing plans, and administer the tracking and documentation of development/results
• Translate business needs into specifications for development staff to create technical designs and programming specifications
• Train end users on SAP modules, provide technical guidance and cross training to peers
• Stay current on SAP functional knowledge; monitor developments in IT
