Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for clients across industries. The role requires deep SAP EWM functional expertise, strong leadership, and proven delivery of complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain programs.

Expect to drive end-to-end implementations, govern timelines and budgets, and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of SAP supply chain consulting focused on SAP EWM.
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Experience delivering EWM programs in the Energy industry.
• Prior experience in a consulting/advisory role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); an Associate degree with 6 years may suffice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies.
• Own governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with client’s long-term supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM design including warehouse structure, put away/picking, labor, yard, and MFS/automation integration.
• Review and approve functional specs, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyors).
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement.
• Travel may be required; amount varies from 0 to 100% depending on business needs.
