Accenture is recruiting for a senior SAP developer/architect to lead design, build, and test of SAP customization on S/4HANA and BTP. You will drive the transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core, oversee code reviews and design workshops, and mentor global delivery teams. Generative AI integration and client-facing advisory duties are part of the role.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP development, leadership experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Travel 0–100% may be required.

Formación

• 5+ years building SAP applications using S/4HANA ABAP (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5) and ABAP Cloud.
• 3+ years experience with SAP BTP tools and services (latest Application Development and Automation stack).
• 3+ years experience with data modeling using CDS views, AMDP, OData, or related development.
• 3+ years SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side-by-side approaches, including RAP.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs, client workshops).
• Prior experience supporting the CMT industry/clients.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (min 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility solutions on S/4HANA and BTP, primarily using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core methodologies.
• Drive the transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and released-API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and design workshops.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse development with SAP Business AI where applicable.
• Guide and mentor global delivery teams; communicate effectively across technical levels and geographies.
• Travel may be required for this role, from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
