Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP Data Migration Architect to design enterprise-grade migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations. You will define methodologies, oversee multi‑wave data migrations, and guide teams through complex cutovers across functional domains while partnering with client leadership.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, leadership in large programs, and hands‑on capability with LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, or Syniti. Travel is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or data migration program lead role.
• 4 full end‑to‑end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield/system conversion).
• 3+ years leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling such as LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT, or comparable platforms.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate's Degree requires 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs (greenfield, brownfield, SDT).
• Define migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance for large multi‑wave programs.
• Design data migration objects, business rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/HCM.
• Oversee and mentor data migration consultants and developers for quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with data owners and IT to align data quality standards and sign‑off processes.
• Govern migration tool configuration and ensure adherence to standards (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti).
• Lead rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go‑live, including risk management and issue resolution.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and capability development.
