Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics consultant to lead client delivery across SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Business Data Cloud. You will design architectures, manage integrations, and guide data-driven transformations for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to thought leadership, and drive growth of Accenture's SAP Analytics practice through asset development and workshops. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP analytics, business intelligence, or data management consulting.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on implementation experience with one or more of: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere (formerly DWC), SAP BW/4HANA, or related SAP data products.
Minimum of 2 years of working knowledge with the SAP Business AI Platform.
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience delivering full-cycle SAP analytics implementations in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Commercial, or HR/Workforce Analytics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience (If Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years)

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics engagements, including architecture design, configuration, integration, and go-live across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.
Be a client-facing leader, managing stakeholder expectations and aligning business and IT sponsors.
Gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions (data modeling, semantic layer, self-service BI).
Perform data integration and federation strategies within SAP Datasphere (connections to BW, S/4HANA, and third-party cloud sources).
Design and validate SAC story and planning architectures, ensuring performance, governance, and usability.
Guide clients through SAP Business Data Cloud adoption, including Databricks-powered AI/ML pipelines and content activation.
Collaborate with Accenture SAP Center of Excellence, data & AI practices, and technology alliances to bring offerings to market.
Partner with onshore and offshore teams to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
