Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking a Sample Extraction Manager to lead extraction activities for toxicology studies in a GMP-regulated lab in South Brunswick, NJ. You will supervise Sample Preparation Scientists, set priorities, and ensure study timelines are met with GLP compliance.

The role requires a bachelor-level science degree with strong supervisory experience, excellent documentation, and the ability to translate client needs into precise prep instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in toxicology, biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences preferred.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required or demonstrated.
• Adherence to GLP and meticulous record-keeping essential.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evaluation, preparation, extraction, storage and disposition of test articles.
• Coordinate study protocols, client instructions and extraction requirements.
• Communicate with clients for clarification on test article characteristics and prep needs.
• Develop instructions and worksheets, verify calculations, and ensure compliance with PSL SOPs.
• Monitor workload, support QA inspections, and drive continuous departmental improvements.
