Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in South Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Sample Extraction Manager to oversee all test article extraction activities in toxicology studies. The role supervises a team of preparation scientists and ensures compliance with study protocols and Good Laboratory Practices.

You will translate client requirements into clear instructions, develop worksheets and instructions, and coordinate with Study Directors and QA to meet study timelines. Full-time, competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in toxicology, biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field preferred.
• Associate degree with substantial lab and supervisory experience may be considered.
• Prior supervision or team leadership experience required or demonstrated.
• Strong adherence to GLP and meticulous record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage evaluation, preparation, extraction, storage, and disposition of test articles.
• Translate client requirements into clear instructions.
• Coordinate scheduling with Study Directors and lab personnel to meet study timelines.
• Provide hands-on technical support and training as needed.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
