Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
• Perform assigned duties in a fast-paced environment while interacting with guests and team members.
• Explain products available in the deli area (ingredients, flavors, menu items).
• Actively provide samples to guests and explain offerings as needed.
• Prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing, cooking).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness according to station guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation standards in cooler, freezer, prep and sales areas.
• Communicate guest requests to management and/or satisfy requests promptly.
• Inform supervisor of temperature and/or product breakdowns.
• Keep supply and work area neat, clean and tidy.
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
• Train on duties of all hosts and assist management with standards.
• Collaborate with management on orders and scheduling.
