Responsibilities

• Greet guests politely and interact in a friendly manner.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced environment while engaging guests and team members.
• Explain products available in the area (ingredients, flavors, menu items).
• Offer samples and describe promotions when needed.
• Prepare products for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing, cooking).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness per station guidelines.
• Keep cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area sanitary.
• Communicate guest requests to management and address them promptly.
• Report temperature or product breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply and work area neat and tidy at all times.
• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
• Train on duties of all hosts as outlined.
• Collaborate with management to uphold standards.
• Assist management with orders.
• Help complete schedules.
• Perform front-end duties to maintain no-wait service; announce specials.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Overview

To provide excellent guest service through deli department activities.

Responsibilities

1. Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.

2. Perform assigned duties in what can be a fast paced work environment while interacting with guests and team members.

4. Actively provide samples to guests and explain offering as needed.

5. Efficiently prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing and cooking).

7. Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.

8. Communicate guest requests to management and/or satisfy request in a timely manner.

10. Keep supply and work area neat, clean and tidy at all times.

11. Maintain proper grooming and uniform standard.

12. Ability to execute and train on duties of all hosts as outlined above
