Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive end-to-end business process knowledge and the flexibility to work on both enhancement and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of Salesforce concepts and architecture.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and service.
  3. Implement Salesforce configuration changes, such as workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and custom metadata.
  4. Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for sales and executive business teams.
  5. Apply best practices across Salesforce environments to ensure maximum uptime, data quality, and optimized response times.
  6. Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
  7. Proactively identify areas for system enhancements and lead the implementation of new functionalities to drive operational efficiencies and business growth.
  8. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to other Salesforce administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  9. Experience in client-facing roles or consulting.
  10. Knowledge of sales processes such as Order Management & Billing in Salesforce is a plus.
  11. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  12. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  13. Salesforce Admin and other Salesforce certifications are preferred.
