Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance, reusable Apex code with best practices.
• Perform technical root cause analysis and outline corrective action.
• Collaborate in cross-functional and cross-vendor teams to deliver on tight timelines.
• Document and demonstrate solutions with diagrams, flowcharts, and clear code comments.
• Implement cases under mentoring from more experienced developers.
• Support stakeholders by raising tickets and grooming to the developers.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
