Job summary

Simplus is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to architect and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will guide a development team, set technical direction, and contribute hands-on to design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years with Salesforce, strong Apex/Visualforce/LWC skills, experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce, and Salesforce certifications; leadership and collaboration are a must to drive high-quality results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong platform knowledge.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

Define, articulate, and deliver the technical strategy within the Salesforce platform.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ensure system performance, reliability, and thorough testing activities.
Provide hands-on development within Salesforce and deployment considerations.
Guide integration efforts and use of Salesforce APIs and SOQL.
Build agents using Agentforce aligned with customer requirements.
