You will mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive high-impact Salesforce initiatives, including Data Cloud and Agentforce integrations, with a focus on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent; 8+ years Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (Platform Developer II, Architect) if available.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and deliver the technical strategy within the Salesforce platform.
• Support a team of technical resources, nurturing their growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability; contribute to testing planning and execution.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and deployment considerations.
• Hands-on development within the Salesforce platform.
• Build agents using Agentforce per customer requirements.
