Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Salesforce Feature Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic features in an Agile environment. You will align with Product Owners and engineering teams to meet PI objectives, provide technical leadership, and ensure high-quality delivery and compliance.

The role requires strong Salesforce expertise, experience with Lightning, Flow, and integration patterns, and a focus on risk and security standards across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Strong Salesforce knowledge of Visualforce, Apex Programming and Apex Web Services.
  • Experience with Flow, Process Builder and Lightning components for custom workflows.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and AppExchange integrations.
  • Experience with Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Gulp and NodeJS.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration.
  • Salesforce certification is preferred.
  • Finance/FS industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience with RESTful Web Services and database systems (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle).

The Salesforce Feature Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of specific features or workstreams within Agile teams. This role partners closely with Product Owners, Technology Managers, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery aligned to Program Increment (PI) objectives.

The role combines technical leadership, Agile execution, and delivery accountability, with a strong focus on coordination across teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring adherence to engineering, risk, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned features, ensuring alignment to PI objectives, timelines, and business priorities.
  • Partner with Product Owners to refine requirements, define scope, and ensure readiness for Agile execution.
  • Coordinate across engineering teams to manage dependencies, risks, and blockers impacting feature delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, including code quality, design standards, and integration patterns.
  • Drive tracking and reporting of feature progress, risks, and delivery metrics to stakeholders.
  • Support Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos) and ensure execution discipline.
  • Validate solution completeness, testing readiness, and alignment to functional and technical requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards across risk, security, and application management practices.
  • Support production readiness, release coordination, and issue resolution for delivered features.
  • Collaborate with Technology Managers and architects to align feature delivery with broader platform and strategy goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge of Visualforce, Apex Programming, Apex Web Services and Application Configuration
  • Strong experience leveraging Process Builder, Flow, widgets, console components, approvals, security model, large-scale processes for customized workflows
  • Understanding of integration efforts and tasks with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and third-party app-exchange solutions
  • Experience in developing reusable UI Components with Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks
  • Experience with Inter-Components communication pattern
  • Experience with Styling components using Lightning design system
  • Experience with CI/CD, BitBucket, Jenkins, Gulp, NodeJS
  • Experience with Agile Methodology
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce certified software engineer that is experienced with delivering solutions for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud including multiple integration points.
  • Financial Services or other related industry experience
  • Competency with MS SQL Server, MYSQL, and/or Oracle
  • Cloud and MuleSoft technologies
  • Experienced using RESTful Web Services
