Job summary

Phaxis is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Development Lead to design and deliver enterprise Salesforce capabilities with scalable architecture, strong data integrity, and seamless integration with core systems. You will shape solution design, guide delivery teams, and ensure governance and reliability across large programs.

The role requires leadership of technical teams, expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce), and experience with CI/CD, Agile delivery, and DevOps in complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing stakeholders across large programs.
• Strong skills in customer master data management (MDM), identity resolution, and governance across Salesforce or integrated platforms.
• Hands-on Salesforce development and integration skills (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II or Architect-level) strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate across technical and business groups.
• Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD, and DevOps in large-scale environments.

• Experience building and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Strong skills in customer master data management (MDM), including identity resolution, duplicate management, and governance across Salesforce or integrated platforms
• Hands-on technical skills in Salesforce development and integration technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II and/or Architect-level) strongly preferred
• Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively across technical and business groups
• Experience with Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices in large-scale enterprise environments
