Job summary

Evansville Goodwill is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to support the Store Manager in daily operations, staff development, and donor relations. The role focuses on delivering positive customer experiences, supervising team members, and ensuring efficient donation processing and inventory handling.

The position is full-time with an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week. Weekend availability is required, with an hourly rate of $14.25.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Employment offer is contingent upon successful completion of a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with store operations and product inquiries.
• Train and supervise team members; meet production standards for sorting, pricing and stocking merchandise.
• Process donations, sort according to guidelines, rotate products and track inventory.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management and reporting; ensure timely activity reports.
