Job Summary

The Retail Sales Lead Supervisor will lead the sales team at a See’s Candies retail shop, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and maintaining the brand’s high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Shop Manager in providing effective leadership to the retail team, creating a sales‑driven and customer‑focused environment.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the retail location in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation compliance.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
• Assist with training and developing team members on company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Manage cash handling procedures, protection of company assets, and banking responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management: maintain accuracy, proper levels, and communicate needs and trends to management.
• Submit required paperwork such as payroll approvals and other administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Proven success in developing, motivating, training, and coaching employees.
• Demonstrated ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and building a sales‑driven team.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and positively.
• Physical ability to perform essential functions, including packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking shift, and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay rate: $25.57 per hour.
