Responsibilities

  • Support store's selling, service, event, and customer experience efforts to drive traffic and sales, increase conversion, and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Serve as a Selling Captain, role modeling sales and customer service, making the customer experience the priority.
  • Meet personal productivity targets while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrate selling behaviors to drive sales and leverage all services and opportunities.
  • Support clienteling efforts to increase traffic and loyalty.
  • Model selling and service for the team; achieve SPH.
  • Partner with GM to recognize and motivate talent.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Support the selling floor to maximize traffic, conversion, and sales.
  • Manage Verint for appointment scheduling.
  • Ensure effective cash wrap organization.
  • Follow all safety, security, and emergency policies.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a respectful and fair environment for all associates.
  • Perform additional projects as directed.
  • Criteria

    • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to motivate and influence others.
    • 1-3 years retail sales experience; shift supervision preferred.
    • 1-2 years experience in home-related design, visual merchandising, or stock responsibilities preferred.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs. safely.
    • Open availability for full-time associates, including inventory and holiday seasons.
