The Lead, Sales Execution functions as a Chief of Staff to VP of Sales, and plays a strategic role in aligning sales initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving cross-functional collaboration to support revenue grow. This role will partner with the VP of Sales to shape, socialise, and operationalise the AFH Sales strategy, priorities, and annual operating plan, effectively owning the Sales Leadership internal agenda and execution. This role works across all Sales teams: Distribution, Field, National accounts/Noncommercial, and Chains and in connection with all support functions: Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this position is part of the Sales Leadership Team. This role has 5 direct reports. Aligned with Kraft Heinz values, this position will lead the following end-to-end processes for all AFH:
This is a Remote role, with periodic travel or visits to external locations. This role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations
$141,500.00 - $176,900.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
