As a direct sales position, this role generates existing and/or new sales to customers for delivery of AT&T products/services/systems and solutions to solve customers' strategic business priorities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Primarily on customer premise, create existing/new sales for solutions delivery meeting a wide variety of customer needs for AT&T products/services/systems/solutions.
  • Identify sales opportunity solutions with support resources.
  • Build and maintain a network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain prospects.
  • Support resolution of customer disputes and accounts receivable discrepancies (e.g., billing, installation, customer issues).
  • Support product presentations, services, and migrations to benefit customer needs.
  • Demonstrate broad and strong working knowledge of the entire product/service line.
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities, delivering valuable solutions. Develop responses to Requests for Proposals.
  • Identify key trends and customer needs, leverage industry knowledge, and utilize consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Own account relationships and be responsible for meeting revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrate a sustained record of sales achievement.
  • Effectively influence customers and diffuse potential problems.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to grow and retain revenue streams of highly complex accounts/projects while ensuring customer satisfaction with considerable latitude.
  • Support the sales team through coaching or mentoring and assist less experienced peers.
  • Lead when presenting products/services to existing or prospective customers.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

  • 8-12 years of direct work experience required.

Supervisory:

  • No supervisory responsibilities.
