Responsibilities

• Unload trucks according to store process.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes following procedures.
• Stock merchandise, rotate and face shelves, build displays.
• Restock returned and recovered merchandise.
• Assist with plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Help customers locate merchandise.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases.
• Collect payment and make change.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and safe environment.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Open/close the store under Area Manager direction.
• Authorize refunds and overrides; count register; make deposits.
• Maintain cashier accountability and cash control procedures.
• Monitor cash levels and drawer pulls.
• Monitor cameras for unusual activities; assist as needed.
• Provide change to cashiers when needed.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation on time.
