Dollar General Corporation is seeking a capable cashier/stocker to lead operations when the store manager is absent. You will perform cashier duties, stock shelves, prepare displays, and ensure a clean, organized store environment while protecting assets.

You will also assist customers, manage plan-o-grams, and help maintain losing along with standard operating procedures. This role emphasizes teamwork and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise to maintain shelves.
• Receive, open, unpack cartons and totes following store processes.
• Rotate and face merchandise; build displays; restock returned items.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise and providing service.
• Operate cash register and bag merchandise; collect payment and give change.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and assist in close/open tasks.
• Greet customers and lead in absence of store manager when needed.
