Elite Wireless Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Ocoee, FL. You will welcome customers, assess needs, and recommend phones, accessories, and plans to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will train, mentor teammates, open/close the store, and help manage daily operations while driving sales and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in growth into leadership roles.
