The Las Vegas Raiders are seeking a part-time Lead Sales Associate for our Mandalay Place store. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle transactions, and assist with inventory and merchandising tasks to support daily operations.

As a key member of the sales team, you will promote up-selling, maintain store standards, and help train teammates while working flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership/supervisory sales and customer service experience.
• Must be highly organized and possess a strong attention to detail.
• Must have excellent time management and communication skills.
• Possess a strong resilience.
• Knowledge of POS systems, a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays providing at least twenty-four (24) hours of work availability per seven (7) day work week).

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Process customer transactions, merchandise returns, exchanges, and store credits by utilizing Point-Of-Sale (POS) registers.
• Verify inventory needs in POS system.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and promote up-selling of merchandise.
• Perform open and closing procedures, including accurate cycle counts and store housekeeping.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor.
• Assist in the yearly inventory process.
• Process inventory of incoming merchandise (receive, barcode, display etc.), when directed.
• Assist with merchandising of products for visual displays.
• Provide assistance and training to other team members when directed.
• All other duties as assigned.

The Raider Image is looking for a part-time Lead Sales Associate to work in our Mandalay Place store. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner and completing sales transactions efficiently and accurately.

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but is not limited to):

• Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time
