Job summary

RoShay Services in Ohio is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store and deliver top-tier customer service. You will engage with customers, guide them to products, and process transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating cash registers, stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, and following planograms. You may open/close the store, provide leadership in the absence of the Store Manager, and take on duties to maximize
