Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, customer-first store environment and to assist shoppers in locating and purchasing merchandise. You will stock, rotate merchandise, create displays according to planograms, and help with opening or closing the store under the Store Manager's guidance.

You’ll also handle transactions efficiently and uphold store profitability and asset protection.
