Job Summary

High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Sales team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking appointments and consultations, following up dilligently, nurturing leads, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST‑PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.

Responsibilities

• Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
• Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.

Qualifications

• Must be a high‑energy individual.
• Must have 1+ years in sales
• Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
• Must be organized and have excellent follow‑up skills
• Sports background is preferred but not mandatory

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

This company is a great way for people to get a jump on others through their group classes of exercise or the personal training they could receive. Throughout the day I am working with the different coaches either helping coach the certain classes they have or just shadowing to give me a better understanding of how to approach these situations on my own. Everybody there is very helpful and wants to see me succeed, which gives me a great overall feeling about the company.
