StretchLab is seeking a high-energy, passionate, and sales-motivated individual who is fitness-minded and values community and our brand.

StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. Our team includes experts certified in physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. We deliver world-class stretching sessions through our proprietary training for flexologists.

Position:

The Lead Sales Associate will support the General Manager in leading sales activities, driving membership growth, and retaining current members. Fitness knowledge is preferred but not required.

Requirements:
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proven sales record in memberships and retail
  • Ability to learn and use Club Ready software
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • 2-3 years in a sales-driven environment, preferably in fitness, wellness, or health industries
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
  • Book and confirm intro sessions
  • Greet and check-in clients and prospects
  • Conduct facility tours and establish client relationships
  • Maintain personal sales targets
  • Promote the club’s fitness and wellness objectives
  • Present services to current and prospective members
  • Schedule quality appointments and follow up on leads
  • Participate in community events to promote the club
  • Ensure the studio is clean and organized
  • Perform other duties as assigned
