Tillys, Inc. in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to deliver the Tillys Experience to customers and support store management in coaching Sales Associates and handling daily operations.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced fashion retail setting, train teammates, maintain store standards, and help create a friendly, sales-focused environment that keeps customers coming back for the latest fashions.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.
