Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction safety, solid incident investigation experience, and a track record of delivering effective safety training. OSHA 30 is required with certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience on commercial projects.
• Experience supporting ground-up construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ability to build relationships with field and office personnel.
• Experience delivering safety training and developing safety programs.
• Familiarity with construction management software and reporting systems.
• OSHA 30 certification required; other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce safety programs across multiple active construction projects.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and safety assessments to identify and mitigate risk.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
• Deliver safety training, onboarding, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety education.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and workplace injuries while developing corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain safe work environments.
• Track safety metrics and continuously improve safety performance across projects.
