Eastlake Veterinary Services in Thornton, CO, is seeking a full-time Lead Registered Veterinary Technician to join Thrive Pet Healthcare. You will provide end-to-end patient care, including outpatient treatments and laboratory work, and support admitting and discharging patients.

The role requires 3–5 years of clinical veterinary experience, active CVT/RVT/LVT credentials, and strong anesthesia skills; leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care).
• CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) required.
• Has strong anesthesia skills (able to monitor BP, ECG, SpO2, and EtCO2 and interpret signs).
• Previous experience in Veterinary Leadership strongly preferred.
• Possesses a positive work attitude; self-motivated; excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end care for patients, including outpatient treatments and laboratory tests.
• Assist with admitting and discharging patients and coordinate care.
• Support clinical leadership and mentorship within the team.
