Blue Compass RV is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to join our team and lead by example in delivering top-tier repairs and service to our customers. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to mentor others in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

You will diagnose and repair complex RV systems, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards while collaborating with service advisors and parts staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on RV service experience.
• RVIA/RVDA or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of RV systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on motorized and towable RVs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, manuals, and schematics.
• Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Mentor entry-level and skilled technicians, providing guidance, technical support, and on-the-job training.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure all systems are fully operational.
• Work closely with the service advisor and parts department to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Stay current on RVIA, manufacturer, and industry certifications and training.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and time allocated in service software.
