Bring 7+ years in software engineering and 4+ years of Rust experience, with strong ownership, concurrency, and performance focus. You’ll design scalable architecture and ensure reliable, production-grade outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of commercial Rust development experience.
• Deep understanding of Rust ownership, lifetimes, concurrency, traits, and error handling.
• Experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Rust Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rust-based development activities.
• Own key technical and architectural decisions.
• Design core application logic and component interfaces.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of the solution.
